Carlos & Sons Plumbing
“We had an urgent plumbing problem on a Saturday, and Carlos & Sons Plumbing responded in less than two hours after our call. Raymond and the plumber, Elias, arrived quickly, listened carefully as we explained the issue, and made the whole situation feel much less stressful. Elias clearly walked us through his plan before starting any work and was very respectful of our questions and input. After Raymond confirmed everything and stepped away, Elias got right to work tracking down the source of a ceiling leak on the first floor, clearing a clogged master bath shower drain, and making sure the leak had stopped. He also shared helpful advice about plumbing maintenance and simple steps we could take to help prevent future leak or drain problems, which was especially useful for a busy home in Waco. Throughout the visit, Elias was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He helped us feel comfortable and informed during a frustrating plumbing issue. We really appreciated the fast service, clear communication, and quality repair work, and we would highly recommend them for plumbing service.”
