They fixed the leak under the kitchen sink. Replaced the old valves in kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Installed a reverse osmosis water filter and tied it into the icemaker. Replaced the outdoor leaky faucets. Put a drain pan under the existing hot water heater and drained it outside the house, having to drill through the stone wall.

And finally, found the leak from the air conditioner condensate line, that has been a problem for 30 years, because the air conditioner drain was originally installed by connecting to the air vent, which was clogged. They fixed the cracked elbow joint, unclogged the line and installed a cleanout plug with a door, so that it would be easier for us to clear any clogs in the future.

Some of these repairs may seem straight forward, but not so in a 30 year old house.
