We had an urgent plumbing problem on a Saturday, and Carlos & Sons Plumbing responded in less than two hours after our call. Raymond and the plumber, Elias, arrived quickly, listened carefully as we explained the issue, and made the whole situation feel much less stressful. Elias clearly walked us through his plan before starting any work and was very respectful of our questions and input. Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday, so we called Carlos & Sons Plumbing in Waco hoping it might be a simple repair. We did not expect such a fast response, but Raymond called us back right away and arrived within about two hours, even on a Sunday. He checked the unit, confirmed the tank had failed, and took photos and the serial number so the warranty process could move forward. Since the manufacturer had to be contacted the next business day, he also explained how to run the heater manually for a short time to get some hot water, then safely shut it off so water would not spread through the garage. I can’t say enough good things about the plumbing service. It did not turn into a big pipe digging job or a repair to fittings and connections, but the visit helped clear up all my concerns about a possible leak and the wet, swampy spot we were worried about. Everything on our side of the plumbing system checked out fine, and it looks like the drainage issue is coming from the neighboring property where the French drain runs. Please pass along kudos to Raymond, the technician who came out. He was very careful, methodical, and thorough while checking for any plumbing problems on our side.
