We have used Tradesman for the last 5+ years. We live in a rather large home built in 2006, and all three of the original AC units finally failed. Tradesman replaced all three units at a very fair price. Perhaps what I appreciate the most are their high ethical standards. They work hard and professionally. We had one hiccup that was immediately acknowledged and rectified. In our world today, it's hard to find individuals or businesses that will 1) Admit an issue 2) Resolve the issue immediately with no questions. I trust them with all my heating and AC needs. 5 stars.
Raymond did an excellent job of checking out our system. He went above and beyond to clean out my condenser and was very thorough with every aspect of the service. He did a fantastic job!
I would like to start by saying that Shelby was phenomenal over the phone; between helping me through a complete breakdown due to my house being 87 degrees and humid, to scheduling and following up midday with the service. Our AC tech, Nathan, was so kind and helpful and had us up and running in less than 45 minutes! Despite it being 4:45 after he had worked ALL DAY, he still held a smile on his face and got the work finished for us so we wouldn’t spend another night in the unbearable temperatures in the house. Shelby and Nathan both were so helpful and kind and made a bad experience much better for us.
