“This is the best emergency center that I ever been to and trust me I’m real picky I will definitely make the 40/50 mile drive here again if I have to come again.Doctor Antwi was great explain everything and has a great doctor patient relations. Nurse Debbie was awesome made us feel comfortable and knows her stuff. Radiology Tech Sharonique was the best with her great smile and knowledge and making us feel like we at home she will definitely be one of the main reason w e will return even tho it’s distant from where we live. The admission rep Melinna was grate. The facility Administrator Muhammad overall is the best administrator I ever seen he was soooo awesome really the best ever we are definitely coming back.“

“The journey of nursing school is unnecessarily difficult. I needed a million and one things done and unfortunately they couldn’t provide everything I needed, but Lala and Mateo tried everything in their power to find other clinics for the services I needed and for a cheaper price since I am a self-pay patient. “Do not come here. The practice has seriously lost all touch of professionalism. I went in for a sick visit, they put me in the room to draw blood and the MA keep telling me I had a free WELLNESS check up that I could get my EKG and blood drawn for lab results free... while I'm sick!!! Mind you I was the only patient there!!!!! So I should have been put in a regular room... Then the Nurse practioner came in and told me I had a bad upper respiratory infection and she was getting me shots and a prescriptions. That was at 230 yesterday.... I've called 6 times today to get her to send the prescriptions. The front desk ladies keep saying they will send her messages but I have to keep calling to get an answer if she sent them or not. As soon as I mentioned neglect in the practice the doc send 1 out of the 3 prescriptions that SHE said would get me better. Meanwhile I feel like garbage taking over the counter meds to help with the symptoms when all she had to do is her job that i paid her to do. This use to be a great family practice/clinic. Dr Amanda was amazing. The other doctors they have in there don't care. They just care to get your money. I will be taking my family and our care else where. This is terrible practice management. I will be notifying the medical board for patient neglect and my insurance for the same and making sure they don't try to falsely claim they did something they did not. I wrote this same review on Google and their response made them look worse. This practice does not care about their patients. save yourself money don't come here.“

“We were a walkin here after coming from urgent care for kids in humble. We had a horrible experience over at urgent care for kids and left with questions and feeling of misinformation. We realized we were misdiagnosed which is scary considering they prescribed my 11 month old medicine for something she didn't even have.

After coming here to Texas Childrens we were extremely happy with our visit from the wait time to the front desk and receiving the right diagnosis. We were able to get all of our questions answered, we werent rushed, and we felt heard when it came to our concerns.

We will make this our go too urgent care if it's ever needed again. Thank you so much Texas Childrens for providing a great and comforting experience
