- 14405 FM 2100 b, CrosbyMMC Urgent Care provides professional and efficient services to its patients. The staff is overall professional, from the medical assistants to the nurse practitioners. Patients appreciate the location and the amount of time spent in and out of the clinic. While some issues may arise, such as medication prescriptions being misplaced or the availability of certain medications, the clinic's staff is willing to work with patients to resolve these problems. Nurse practitioners take the time to discuss health issues with patients and are open to answering questions. The clinic's reception desk is also praised for being helpful and welcoming. Despite some minor hiccups, patients appreciate the care and attention they receive at MMC Urgent Care.
Went for evaluation/treatment of eye infection. Couple issues:1. MA referred to the provider as a "doctor", as in "Doctor will be in to see you shortly". Please do not refer to a nurse practitioner as a doctor. If you do not want to say "nurse practitioner", then just say "provider". I asked the MA to clarify if indeed a doctor would be evaluating me, and she admitted it was an NP. No problem! Let's be just be acccurate.2. Medication Rxs were e-pushed to local CVS. When I went to the CVS, they didn't have the Rxs. Since the CVS was closing in about 45 minutes, I had to call urgent care and ask them for paper Rxs which I drove back to pick up and then drove back to CVS...read full review
I go to family medicine for my primary dr and love it there. My daughter has had a fever for 2 days and felt miserable so I took her to the urgent care and they wouldn't take my insurance. Very annoying since the family medicine does take it. Wish they worked with me a little better. I couldn't get her into her pediatrician and other urgent cares were so busy. The lady told me they wouldn't take the insurance and just walked away.
Well all these doctors and nurses here in this facility,, are the best, they treated me with respect, they stood by side in the bad and good, they helped me get super better, they understood my need of health and iam proud to say, I'll never change my medical problems to no one else,,Thank you all with all my heart,Ps, reception desk best people ever,
