The staff has been awesome every time I've had to bring any of my 4 children. Wait times vary but that's anywhere you go. I've had no issues and appreciate them going above and beyond... my 6 yr old loves when he's not getting well they offer a popsicle drink or snack while waiting or after ?

Unfortunately kids get sick specially with this Crazy Houston weather which keeps drastically changing.I've taken both my toddlers here several times and always receive excellent care.I hate having to use the urgent care but I love the fact that they are open on weekends and late at night.Thank you to the staff for always treating Mi kiddos with love.

Brought my 3 year old here because he had a bad cough . We saw Dr Bailey . She was awesome ! Super kind and checked him thoroughly as well as asked questions ! Would definitely see her as my kid’s pediatrician if she wasn’t just at the urgent care location . Staff was also super nice . They gave my son 2 stickers some bubbles and the dr said some super encouraging words to him about his other medical conditions he had .
