“I was welcomed and treated very well when I arrived to the facility. When I saw the doctor he was very friendly and kind. He actually listened to me and understood what I needed to get better. Unfortunately, I was so dehydrated that my veins kept blowing so I was unable to receive fluids. Tracy was very kind, friendly, helpful as well as informative about the clinic and how I could come back once I was a little less dehydrated to get IV fluids. At first, I was a little apprehensive about going to the urgent care. When I called earlier in the day, whomever answered the phone was a tad rude to which before I could ask another question she had hung up on me. The fact I was not feeling well at all was the only reason I went, otherwise I would have waited to see my PCP the next day. At the end she did not matter to me only getting better. I would definitely recommend others to Excel Urgent Care even if she was rude because the rest of the staff made up for it.“
