“My experience was rather well. I really like the nurses and the receptionist staff. The wait is a long one at certain hour. But the one thing I want to brag on, is NP Breanne , she took the time to get to know my health history, was really thorough in every little detail. She sat down and listened to my concerns. Was willing to do anything and everything for me to get closure on my concerns. Of course within reason. Her nurses were caring and considerate of my privacy, and I highly recommend this physician!“
“This facility is top tier! Minimal to no waiting to be seen by doctor. The doctor’s requests for tests and the results were very timely. My visit took a little over 2 hours! That is amazing for ER ROOM! I would highly recommend!“

I was greeted with warm smiles and a feeling of genuine concern.Once the paperwork was completed I was met by ms Lori. After taking a brief look at my foot she went into action. She was kind and very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done.I have found my new health care provider. If you are in need of medical services look no further. “I don't know how but there is minimal to no wait time every time I go in. Not only that they are fast and efficient with the processing. If you us HEB Pharmacy it's a slam dunk. In and out and off with your meds in about an hour.“

“(It’s my first time seeing Dr. Nathani last week. He is very professional, nice and caring. However, the 2 star rating is for their front office. I’ve been calling and emailing them to respond to RX Helper’s messages (email, fax, calls) but they seem to just ignore my request. I have an expensive medication and it’s not covered by my insurance, RX Helper is assisting me in providing affordable prices, all they need to is respond and fill out the form which was confirmed it was emailed and fax. I even went there physically and call RX helper, so they can speak to the front office as they can’t get a hold of them. I am so frustrated that they have not responded for over a week now.) Above was my original review. Dr. Nathani called me few minutes after and took care of this himself. He turned my experience around. Thank you, Dr. Nathani for your immediate response!“
