New homeowners insurance stated I need a new roof. Lower Bids Roofing had put on my roof a few years ago. I contacted them and they came out for an inspection. They replaced a few shingles and stated my roof didn't need to be replaced. They filled out an Inspection Report and i forwarded to my new insurance company. They accepted the Report. Lower Bids could have stated a new roof was needed and made $$. Their honesty is what every business should strive for. I will always recommend them for any Roofing needs!!
Choosing Crosby Chiropractic Center was the best decision I made. I came to Dr. Chad back in March of 2026 with severe foot and knee pain. He discovered that my spine was curved significantly. After several weeks of adjustments, my spine has straightened up, my knee and foot pain has diminished. Everyone one there is so kind and very attentive. I will continue to go for wellness upkeep. I’m so thankful that I found this place!

My family has used Crosby Vet for 30yrs. Goats, Pigs, Ferrets, Cats,and Dogs. They are wonderful in every way. Amy in front is a very sweet lady and knows every customer and animals. I recommend them to everyone. You feel like family as soon as you walk in. A big plus they love your animals and your animals senses that.

They were able to get me in right away and they spent countless hours trying to get my hair fixed . It turned out amazing , I absolutely love it . My boys 9 & 11 and husband have been very pleased with their haircuts here. Not sure of the technical word lingo but they get mid taper fades and they are picky. Numerous people have commented on their haircuts and asked where they got them.

I appreciate y'all so much I had a tree fall on my house at then end of April and I had a wire going from a breaker box to my shed and unfortunately the tree made the wire super low to the ground and I was afraid to turn it back on because it also controlled a security light. I called y’all Tuesday to get a quote and you came the same day to quote my mom and also answered a question about another security light, gave her an option on what to do. Not sure who came out to remove the wire but you did an awesome job and I now have a light it’s not dark anymore. I appreciate y'all so very much it was a great price and wasn’t expensive at all. Mr.Hill was on-time and very professional. He was very informative and explained how my new unit worked, including his warranty and the manufacturers warranty as well. It was honestly pretty cool, I didn’t mind taking notes, and doing the quizzes and what not. I loved the teacher(s) here and they helped make the class less boring. As somebody who is a little scared to drive, learning all of this information helped me gain more confidence to be prepared to drive later on. :)

Our Company Manages multiple properties in the Houston area. I was in need of a quick turnaround for extermination service on one of our properties. I looked up exterminators in Crosby and Baywood was one of them. I thought I would be making a lot of phone calls trying to get service. Baywood picked up the phone on the second ring with an ACTUAL HUMAN. The woman I spoke to was super nice and even though it was 10 minutes before they closed she booked an appointment for the following morning at 9AM at a very reasonable price. I was shocked. The next morning the technician, Ms. Carmen, showed up 15 minuets early and explained the entire process to both myself and the tenant and completed the service in record time. The tenant was concerned about having her kids around during the treatment and Carmen put her mind at ease explaining all the chemicals and were they would be placed to ensure that there was no danger to the children. Ms Carmen was done quickly and even offered us a 3 month warranty to ensure we had no more problems at no extra charge. In this rental business it is not often that you come across a company that is fair, reasonable, on time, and stands by their work. AND have technicians like Ms Carmen who actually care about the customer. We will be using Ms Carmen and Baywood from now on on all of our properties. Great People and Great Service.

Heidi's the best!! I visited many salons, and none could get my color right. One had me looking like Lucille Ball. I made an appointment to come in and speak with Heidi. When minutes, she went through a magazine and pulled out a picture. It was exactly what I had been wanting. That was nearly 15 years ago.

Lia did my nails. I went for builder gel, they don’t have it, so I gave dip a chance. I’ve been growing out my natural nails and she assured me that it would help strengthen them and removed the old polygel overlay (and slight extension) I previously had.
She worked hard to ensure my natural nail was preserved and the dip wasn’t super thick, I’m very pleased with the outcome! The shape isn’t exactly what I expected, but I actually quite like it. I’ve been looking for a nail salon since moving to the area and I think this might be the one! Great prices too!
The second I went in they greeted me kindly and offered me drinks. I gave them a budget and they stood by it and would let me know of any additional charges before siding anything. They were so kind and understanding. And I love how my pedicure turned out.
We’ve been using Indoor Comfort for many years. I wouldn’t trust any other company to come out to work on our AC & heating systems. They are always kind & communicative about appointments, maintenance, & issues they notice when they do our tune ups. We truly appreciate their great customer service & will be lifelong customers!
I have a stihl 800 blower and the engine had issues and I took it back and the owner took care of it under warranty. I was surprised as I expected to have to pay for everything
