I have been here a couple of times and the service is always great! I saw Brittany Mitchell nurse tech she was very friendly and gentle I did not feel when she gave me a shot. NP Christopher Beakers explain to me in detail the issue that was concerning me about my health. Very happy with my experience at the Kingwood location.
I’m greatly appreciative of the service provided by Ms. Brown and Siomara. Extremely kind, attentive, etc. The bedside manner was impressive if nothing else. I will definitely return if needed in the future.
I never had an emergency before. This time I felt and I broke 2 ribs. I would like to mention the outstanding service provided in this location. Beginning with Michelle Monae the receptionist. She was kind and understanding the moment she saw me. Once I got in the room Brittany Mitchell(the XRay tech) and Andrea Wyatt the NP did kindly the X-rays and assisted me with the results. They did not let me go until my family came for me to take me to the hospital. Their kindness and professionalism is very unusual to find and my gratitude can not be expressed in words.
