I have never used an Urgent Care facility before, and on May 10, I chose this NEXT LEVEL for my issue with a poison ivy flare up. I was very pleased with this facility. I was in and out in about 50 minutes, I think the longest was filling out my new patient paperwork on my phone. Everyone was so nice and helpful Renee at the front desk was very helpful with my concerns and questions. Megan the Tech, was very friendly and got all my vitals My provider, Michelle gave me top notch service and got me healing up from poison ivy. I will definitely use them again, the service was phenomenal. Quick, simple and out of there!
