Urgent Care near Humble

“I've been to see them for the last like 3 weeks for a fall injury (workmans comp)
and they've been wonderful. Dr.B and the whole staff are very friendly and thorough.“

“Do not come here. The practice has seriously lost all touch of professionalism. I went in for a sick visit, they put me in the room to draw blood and the MA keep telling me I had a free WELLNESS check up that I could get my EKG and blood drawn for lab results free... while I'm sick!!! Mind you I was the only patient there!!!!! So I should have been put in a regular room... Then the Nurse practioner came in and told me I had a bad upper respiratory infection and she was getting me shots and a prescriptions. That was at 230 yesterday.... I've called 6 times today to get her to send the prescriptions. The front desk ladies keep saying they will send her messages but I have to keep calling to get an answer if she sent them or not. As soon as I mentioned neglect in the practice the doc send 1 out of the 3 prescriptions that SHE said would get me better. Meanwhile I feel like garbage taking over the counter meds to help with the symptoms when all she had to do is her job that i paid her to do. This use to be a great family practice/clinic. Dr Amanda was amazing. The other doctors they have in there don't care. They just care to get your money. I will be taking my family and our care else where. This is terrible practice management. I will be notifying the medical board for patient neglect and my insurance for the same and making sure they don't try to falsely claim they did something they did not. I wrote this same review on Google and their response made them look worse. This practice does not care about their patients. save yourself money don't come here.“

“Really good experience with Dr. Iranmanesh. Myself, my wife, and my son all came down with a sickness after my son’s first week of daycare. Dr. I and his staff were super thorough and professional. Wait was relatively minimal. Really happy. Would definitely recommend“

“Wow!!!! Is how I would describe my experience ?? From the front desk to the nurse then the Dr was absolutely amazing!!! My entire visit was maybe 30 min. and all 3women I came in contact w were so caring kind upbeat on top of their job.

There’s usually not a wait and the online check in is very easy. I had an issue with a pharmacy and made a call for a change. They took care of my issue immediately and with care. Definitely recommend.“

It’s an ER care facility, so you may see different doctors or staff members, but I’ve been bringing my children here since COVID and I honestly wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. As a mother of multiple children, I can truly say the care and wait times have been amazing. I think about all the times I sat for hours at Texas Children’s just to be seen, while here my kids have always been seen much faster. Definitely a place I would recommend to other parents.“

“We were a walkin here after coming from urgent care for kids in humble. We had a horrible experience over at urgent care for kids and left with questions and feeling of misinformation. We realized we were misdiagnosed which is scary considering they prescribed my 11 month old medicine for something she didn't even have.

After coming here to Texas Childrens we were extremely happy with our visit from the wait time to the front desk and receiving the right diagnosis. We were able to get all of our questions answered, we werent rushed, and we felt heard when it came to our concerns.

We will make this our go too urgent care if it's ever needed again. Thank you so much Texas Childrens for providing a great and comforting experience
