Urgent Care in Spring

“Despite arriving 20 minutes before closing time, I was still greeted and treated by a friendly staff. The young lady at the front desk didn't rush me in any way and also was kind enough to help me check in (rather than doing it online) without me having to ask because she could tell I was in pain. I also received much better care and attention from Jose (NP and Doctor in his home country) than my own primary care physician. He did a thorough exam and was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Although it was past 8:00 (closing time) and I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, he still offered to type up a referral for the Emergency Room I went to immediately afterwards. While waiting for him to finish I had asked for some water and the lady who had checked me in asked if I prefer cold or room temperature...small but meaningful gesture. It's frustrating to seek medical attention and feel rushed or like I am an annoyance to the staff and I did not experience any of that during my visit to CareNow Urgent Care.“

“I went to another urgent care prior to coming here today. Not only was the staff there unprofessional by not treating me they were not friendly as well. So we came here to NextLevel. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sandra Perez who is very pleasant and actually a ray of sunshine after our experience at the last facility. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional (Phoebe and Angela Lucas). Ms. Lucas did not question my symptoms or condition and treated me appropriately. I was treated in less time than we waited to see the provider at the other facility. Highly recommend and will always come back here for my urgent care needs in the future.“
