And when he is feeling good, he is my best friend. He grew more lethargic and I knew something was wrong with him. I took him to Cibolo Small Animal Hospital and they treated him with the best care. He had a tooth abscess. The veterinarian and staff helped him with the tooth and he is now recuperating at home. If you take your pet here, the staff will help you and your pet with the best of care for the animal and the parent.“

“I called for an appointment and they got me in the very next day. There are few exotic animal veterinarians near me, so I was told 99 dollar exam fee. my chinchilla only needed a very quick, easy exam- So i ended up paying much less for it, which is always a blessing and very fair. They got me the antibiotic ointment she needed and I was in and out in no time. They didn’t try to offer me a bunch of different unnecessary services, which is often the case at the vet. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be bringing my dogs and cats here in the future! Thank you all for taking such good care of my beloved pet.“

I really appreciate her thought process and rationality on diagnosis. She is not in and out but really takes the time to look over my cat and educate me about him.
She genuinely cares about my cat’s best interest, especially when he was not feeling well.

It was my first visit to Marion animal hospital and it was great, I had brought my dog to check on a suspicious growth on her neck and also just a general checkup as she is 10 + years. The vet was very thorough and explained the result of the exam very clearly as well as listened to my concerns. This vet is about taking care of animals not making money on healthy animals by upscale or costly procedures that regular people can't afford.“

“This was my first time here. They had my cat's name up on a white board to make us feel welcome. It's the little things that go a long way. I genuinely felt like they cared.
My cat had an appointment earlier this month and she's normally not great at the vet. She did so good with the tech or assistant and the doctor. She hissed once while getting her weight. But my cat hasn't had a proper exam in a little bit because last time (at a different clinic) she wouldn't let the doctor do a proper exam. Which is concerning for me because I want to know if everything feels and sounds good. I had the first appointment of the day so there wasn't anyone else in the lobby. My cat doesn't like when there's dogs in the lobby, it stresses her out and makes the exam harder. So I planned to be the first one to make sure she was as stress free as possible. I chose this clinic because my cat has been up to date on her rabies and I wanted a 3 years rabies for her, which they offered. And I also came here because of the good reviews. If I wasn't moving, I would definitely come back. I'm extremely grateful that my cat, Button, was able to have a full body exam, her heart and lungs listened to, and get more information about bladder stones. Thank you! ❤?“

“Coconut and I were transferred here from our primary vet when she was struggling to improve from IMHA. I carried her inside when we first arrived and had to set her down briefly to pay the initial deposit. Within seconds of setting her down, the vet techs came out and brought her to the back for vitals. I immediately felt a huge sense of relief seeing how quickly they moved into action.

From that first moment through the week of her hospitalization, we experienced an incredible amount of emotion and truly exceptional care. Based on her condition at admission, Coconut was given less than a 50% chance of a positive outcome. However, that didn't stop Dr. Ramsey from formulating a plan to save her and giving it his all. Coconut and I are forever grateful and no words could ever really truly express that.

Besides the compassion of every doctor, vet tech and front desk agent we encourntered, one thing really stood out to me about MissionVet. Even though Dr. Ramsey laid out the groundwork for Coconut's case, throughout her stay multiple doctors took over and brought their unique perspective to it. Without that teamwork and shared goal to save Coconut, I'm not sure where we would be today. So I want to also express my gratitude to Dr. Sinese, Dr. Hindmarsh, Dr. Lozano, and all the wonderful techs (day and night), Mary, Angie, and the front desk staff.

They were very accommadating to visitations and were always available on the phone for when I needed updates about Coconut. Just make sure you call to schedule visits! I also received a morning and evening phone call every day with updates about Coconut's progress and current state. I'm not sure if this was due to the severity of her case or if this is a regular thing, but it was greatly appreciated. And I'm certain that if you wanted that as well, all you would have to do is ask.

Yes, the cost can get very expensive very quickly, but you get what you pay for and MissionVet is nothing but excellence. They set the standard for how veterinary hospitals should operate. I couldn't recommend them more highly than their reputation already does.

“I'd like to start this review out by saying Dr. Fowler is a godsend! I am a first-time puppy owner and went through a reputable website to do my research on a breeder. I specifically wanted a Shih Tzu puppy and the breeder I selected had a litter available, but they weren't quite ready for pick up. The day came for me to finally pick up my new puppy and leading up to picking her up, the breeder had informed me that she was 100% healthy and had been cleared by 1 of the 4 vets she use. After picking my new girl up, I noticed her eye looked swollen and was red. She could barely open it and when I reached out to the breeder, she told me it could be irritated from the bath she had given her right before pick up. Due to picking her up on a Saturday, a lot of vets are closed on the weekend unless you take them into an emergency Hospital. Monday morning, I was able to get my girl in. Dr. Fowler came in and did her recommended testing to properly diagnose my sweet puppy. It turns out I received her with a pre-existing ulcer on her eye at eight weeks old. Doctor Fowler listened to my concerns and addressed everything I brought to her attention. Because I mentioned something about mucousy stool, she suggested I get a fecal test done. I am so glad she did because I was able to find out my new eight week old puppy came with parasites as well. I am so thankful she recommended all of the testing that was performed on my sweet girl so we can address everything and get her to 100% healthiness. Dr. Fowler's bedside manner is out of this world! She took the time to explain to me, a new pet owner, everything she was doing to where I could easily understand what she was saying. She actually made me feel more relieved than I was walking in even after finding out the diagnosis of what was going on. I also love the fact that she sends a full and detailed report of the visit. She also included in the report about how she advised me to reach out to the breeder for reimbursement for this vet bill. Thankfully everything is treatable and we are now on the road to recovery. I am so happy. I brought my new puppy in to this clinic. I will most definitely continue to bring my girl in to receive the best care! Thank you again Dr. Fowler! You are the BEST!!“
