I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Brittany at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with my mom from the moment we walked in. She took the time to answer our questions, made us feel welcome, and truly went above and beyond to make the whole experience less stressful.
It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about the people (and pets!) they're helping, but Brittany definitely does. Her compassion and professionalism made such a positive impression on us. Thank you for making a difficult day so much easier. We truly appreciate everything you did!

If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My family has been bringing our pets here for over 10 years, and we have always seen Dr. Rierson. He is truly amazing.
