“Truthfully, this practice has gone above and beyond and made an impact in ways I’m sure they are not aware of. I have had two deeply traumatic back to back experiences with chain/corporate clinics/emergency clinics. At the first, my baby of 14 years was put down, immediately, with very little time to prepare, and at the second, my new love was deemed fatally injured and virtually untreatable under 7k. Luckily we managed to figure that out and saved her life. I have been incredibly weary of pretty much every instance since, involving a vet, a clinic, and pretty much every part of pet care that involved anyone making decisions about their lives in any capacity.
I also have severe anxiety, and every interaction at the vet is a hard process for me. Not here.
I cannot express how much sincere gratitude I have for Miso and Moose’s veterinarians, and for the really amazing women working in the front office. You guys have completely changed the experience for me, and I trust that my babies best interest is always being considered. Beyond that they treat you like a person instead of a dollar sign and it just furthers the respect I hold.
