In a time of need when another Animal Hospital wouldn't take care of us without paying $1000, Universal City Animal Hospital came through for my mother's cat. She was very sick and we were recommended to them to take care of Bailey. They were so polite and kind to my mother. I will always be appriciative.
Excellent veterinarian! Dr Butler and the assistant were very compassionate. She did an excellent examination and provided all of our options in easy to understand terms. She also gave us a good follow-up plan. The pricing was very reasonable as well.
My 9 year old cat got really sick very suddenly on a late Friday night. We showed up here as soon as they opened on Saturday and they squeezed us in. From the moment we were checked in to the end of his six night stay (!) I felt like my baby was very well cared for. They updated both me and my husband twice a day with encouragement to call if I had any questions. Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Gates were so wonderful, considerate and caring. The front staff was kind and helped us laugh through a really scary time, and helped us figure out payment, which turned out to be very reasonable. I’m so glad I took my cat here and I’ll be back with my other pets, too.
