“I started going to Pet's Choice about two years ago when I moved here from another state. I asked for recommendations from my neighborhood FB group and a few people recommended this office. I started seeing Dr. DeCola for my two dogs and I loved her gentle and caring nature with my dogs and her willingness to spend enough time to give a thorough exam and answer any questions. I highly recommend her.About two weeks ago one of my dogs who had a long and active life needed end of life care. He took a quick downward turn and he and I needed to see a vet right away. Dr. DeCola wasn't available, but Dr. Harter was. I knew this would be a final goodbye to my beloved dog and I was very emotional. Dr. Harter agreed to see me and my dog asap.When we got to the office Allie, one of the vet techs, took us into a room and explained our options. She was so compassionate and caring. She was so good to my dog.Then Dr. Harter came in and answered any additional questions and explained the procedure and what to expect. Dr. Harter allowed myself, my daughter and my daughter-in-law to have as much time to say goodbye as needed. Dr. Harter was so gentle with my dog and so loving. Her manner was very comforting and I felt like my dog and I were in safe hands. She allowed myself, my daughter and my DIL to stay in the room and comfort my dog, even after he had left us.I would highly recommend Dr. Harter, Allie and Pet's Choice Animal Hospital.“

“I was looking for a vet clinic near me and after reading the great reviews I decided to try this clinic out. I had been going to Banfield for the last 5 years and I wasn't getting the personalized service that I wanted for Bela. I booked and pre-paid for my appointment. When I arrived, I felt as though I had walked back in time. Like when the small-town vet would come to your home and show genuine concern for whatever ails your pet. I was met by Jeremy the P.A. who walked me and Bela into the Green Room. He was genuinely concerned with the issues that Bela had and took notes. He stated that Dr. Fowler would be coming in to discuss options and treatment for her anal glands problem. When I met Dr Fowler, she showed compassion and a passion for helping my Bela. She does not rush her time with you. She covers all options, treatments and possible side effects. She completely gives you all the information you need to make a decision. I felt an immediate bond that comes with a gut instinct that I could trust her completely with my Bela. The pricing was affordable for me since I live on a limited income. My only regret was that I had not found this place sooner. I was told by Banfield that there was nothing more they could do for Bela's condition with her anal glands. I was not told this by the vet, but from the receptionist, since the Dr would not come out to see me. But Dr Fowler stays with you in the room and explains everything. I was confident with the care Bela was shown, that I also booked a grooming appointment for her. A service that they offer here as well. I want to thank the entire staff, not to forget the ladies at the front desk who also were very helpful with the booking of Bela's grooming. I am confident that Bela will receive the high level of care, that she deserves in her senior years. Thank you all for the passion you have in helping pets that have no voice. And for your understanding in calming parents that are having a fear of the unknown that follows with meds, procedures and expectations. I can honestly say I will not hear there is nothing we can do as I was told at Banfield. Here they actually help you find a solution. “Just moved to the area and needed a vet for shots for grooming. Got an appointment within 2 weeks. Lobby is very open and clean. Separate entrance for cats. They have their own parking lot and grassy area. Had an appointment at 2 and was in a room by 2:10. Only had to wait because of a difficult dog in the lobby that took multiple staff. Vet tech and doctor were very friendly and efficient. Paid and out the door by 2:45. A week later They sent a handwritten card with a note from everyone that saw my dog welcoming us to the vet.“

“Recently had to put my dog in rabies quarantine for 10 days. He is elderly and needs daily medications. The staff at Creek View were very polite and professional. They took great care of my dog.“
“This Hospital saved my Butter Beans life! My shih Tzu dog was attacked by another dog on a Saturday and this was the only vet open. When we arrived and thier team went into action. My dog had 9 hernias and his pancreas and intestines were protruding from the abdominal wall. Kristin Hossalla DVM was able to preform surgery and repair the damage done. The whole staff treated my little Bean as if he was there own while he was in thier care. Even though he yelled at every single one of them if they even thought about touching him. I will forever be grateful to them. I would love to have them as a regular Vet however this is not the kinda of place. This is where you should take your pet in an emergency. The cost is very expensive but they talk you through your options in a kind way. 10 out of 10 in my opinion.“
