Debra reassured me that she would get a technician out ASAP. He was there within 30 minutes. He drove to their warehouse, picked up a new one and came back then had it installed within 2.5 hours. I've used this business for 15 years or more and this is the kind of service I've always received.“

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to figure out a very tiny specific piece was causing the issues with my water heater, ordered the piece, and even showed me how to install it myself for the future. “Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.“

“Home Town Plumbing does excellent work! My initial phone call was promptly returned. An appointment was scheduled for the following day and Mike and Robb arrived as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently to analyze my repair issues with three outside faucets. Two of the faucets were repaired within minutes. They used appropriate tools to make the repairs quickly. The third faucet had to be replaced. They were extremely experienced in locating the connection inside the wall, cut through the sheetrock in the garage, and quickly connected new piping to existing inside the wall, and sealed the opening in the sheetrock with a cover, so no need for additional repair costs for covering the hole in the sheetrock!! I now have a brand new outside faucet that will last many years.This company offers experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient service and are fairly priced as a result.
