The company's team is incredibly responsive and has impeccable integrity, never trying to upsell. They are incredibly thorough and willing to go the extra mile, taking care of your AC like it’s their own. Ashford Mechanical is a trusted AC contractor and a great choice for HVAC repairs and installations, including a brand new condenser.
I contacted Jacob to summerize my condo before the start of summer. He had installed a new outside A/C unit last year. He was responsive and confirmed a date and time when I would be in town. He took the time to explain everything he did — and what he chose to hold off on — including advising me to wait until winter to check the freon so that it can be done once and not have to pay twice. Very professional, honest, reliable, transparent, priced reasonably, and thorough. He was highly recommended by a close friend, and would do the same for someone else.
Right when I was trying to ease into the weekend, my AC decided to act up and quit on me. Ashford Mechanical, Ryan & James pulled up Friday around 1pm like the weekend rescue squad. Fast, friendly, and zero stress — they had everything diagnosed and handled before I could even finish complaining about the heat. They always shows up ready to fix the chaos with professionalism and good energy. If you want reliable service that doesn’t play around, this is the crew you call or a text.
Ashford Mechanical goes above and beyond to fix things in a timely manner and for reasonable prices. We first used them when a different ac company had botched up a project. They saw the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price, knowing I had already paid the other company. Then I was out of town when the ac on a rental unit broke and Jake was there the next day, diagnosed the issue and had the unit running the next day. My home unit also broke while I was away and he fixed it and I can trust him. I would give him 10 stars if I could. But hopefully my units will run well for a while now.
