He took the time to explain everything he did — and what he chose to hold off on — including advising me to wait until winter to check the freon so that it can be done once and not have to pay twice. Ashford Mechanical goes above and beyond to fix things in a timely manner and for reasonable prices. We first used them when a different ac company had botched up a project. They saw the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price, knowing I had already paid the other company. Then I was out of town when the ac on a rental unit broke and Jake was there the next day, diagnosed the issue and had the unit running the next day. My home unit also broke while I was away and he fixed it and I can trust him. I would give him 10 stars if I could. But hopefully my units will run well for a while now.
