Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant’s heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just “get it done” and done “right” sort.Ours is an older house built in the 50’ or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots … and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. However, who to trust such a large job? We received estimates from six companies. Royal Flush had one of the most reasonable quotes! Hands down Richard’s willingness to answer all the crazy questions as we weighed our options and worked through all the brain trauma from what we were facing and he was patient with us… never pushing or causing us to feel any pressure. No hard sales pitch. It’s a lot talking about tunneling 40’ under two bathrooms to totally replace the sewer lines. We appreciate Kevin stopping by to determine alternatives to help us also be able to get the kitchen and laundry done so it was a complete replacement of all sewer lines. As well as his consideration for us on some slight changes to the quote. Those things were a positive tipping point for us. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully.After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. “The only downside is that we had to wait a day for them to come out, but I attribute that to the high call volume during the winter weather and the trustworthiness of the technicians. Roland showed up and was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Price for repairs is a bit steep but we also have a very old house in need of TLC. These guys, especially Roland Rios, provided that in abundance!“

“I have used accu find now 3 times. The first time was to repair a broken sewer pipe below slab, the 2nd was a hot water pipe leak in kitchen island and lastly, and hopefully lastly, for a slab leak in spare bath. I called office and spoke to leeann. She has always been super helpful and professional to deal with.Jr came out the next day to assess the situation. He returned on Monday and completed the work. We are super grateful and appreciative of their timeliness and promptness to fix our leak. Obviously they are super busy this time of year considering how dry and hot it is currently but they fit us into the schedule and job was completed same day and all is good now.You hope you never need to call them but if you do you can be assured they will take care of you and your home. “Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.“
