From the start, my interaction with this company was superb! My AC had gone out in the heat of summer. UGH! I called American Air Masters and Cary set me up with a next day appointment. I had a full day planned already and kept calling back because I sure didn't want to miss this appointment. Cary was very kind and understanding and told me the service tech would call me. Steve, the service technician, was kind enough to call me when he was 30 minutes out. When he came he pointed out that the compressor that was having problems was a 2006 compressor, That meant this sweet machine had been working for 20 years! Absolutely OUTSTANDING! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Curtis is an absolute professional—he is incredibly honest, direct, and genuinely stands behind his work. It is rare to find that level of integrity and transparency these days, and it gave me complete peace of mind throughout the entire process.
When it came time for the installation, his crew was phenomenal. They arrived on time, worked incredibly swiftly, and executed the job flawlessly. You can tell they take immense pride in what they do. If you are looking for top-tier HVAC work and a team you can truly trust, look no further. Five stars all the way!
The Tech called Steve came to look at my AC Unit on May 21st 2026, he was very Transparent, Honest, very knowledgeable, showed Courtesy, and was straight forward. Not beating around the bush or gives a dishonest response like the other guys, it’s very hard to find an honest company that cares about the customers, I easily give a 5 Star to this Company, they should deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion, again many thanks!!!
