The technician (Nick P.) showed up promptly within the promised time frame to diagnose my water heater. He was both professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained the issue and said he would return the following day to make repairs. As promised, showed up, and promptly got to work.I am happy with the work accomplished. Our technician was great. He was efficient and worked quickly. He worked very clean and was bothcourteous and polite. While I felt like the price to reset our toilet was a little high, that's not his fault. We will definitely use them again if needed.
