I’ve been taking my pup here since 2022 and we couldn’t be happier with AUVC! Dr. Jessica Morrissey is patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and you can clearly tell that helping animals is her passion. She always takes the time to answer my questions and we never feel rushed or “just another number” in her long queue. Watson and I appreciate all the work your team does to keep him happy and healthy!
The staff, vet, and tech were so nice and helpful that I’m writing this review on my way home from our appointment, and I never do that! They had detailed answers to all my questions, treated my kitten with care, and even let me join in celebrating the manager’s birthday! Highly recommend as a new pet owner!
I found this veterinary clinic through my pet insurance and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I’ve gone to numerous vet clinics in Austin and it’s been a nightmare finding a location that didn’t treat the visit like a financial transaction. From the office staff to the veterinary doctors, they nailed it!! You can tell they hire people with passion and empathy! They truly love their jobs and take care of your animals. This is my vet!!! I highly recommend them!! They also sent us home with a gift bag with so many treats and adorable gifts. I can’t thank them enough for making our visit feel special.
