“They take GREAT care of my miniature dachshund! She is healthy and happy when I pick her up!
My only complaint is the online booking doesn’t give you the full price estimate… only the overnight cost. Evidently there is also a daily rate. (As if my dog might spend nights but not days?!?) I don’t appreciate the surprise of extra cost at pickup“

“It was a good experience overall for Dixie. It was her first visit. I love the communication of how she was doing and what dogs she played with. Also got a bunch of pics. The place is clean. I also really love that they have an inside pool and outside places for them to swim.

The after hour answering service was frustrating. Apparently what I communicated to them regarding early check in change time didn’t get relayed properly to the office causing some miscommunication and my booking almost got cancelled. The manager apologized and said it’s best to communicate directly with the office.“

“My dog is always SO excited to get dropped off when I board her. PJ has had poor experiences in the past with groomers which made her shy away from groomers in the past, however she is always excited to be in this facility and they are always able to give her a bath upon pick up when requested! The price is fair and the staff is efficient. It’s roughly 30 minutes from me but I will continue to board her here as they always do a great job!“
