10 out of 10 I would def recommend! Left my 7 months old French bulldog puppy Frankie with them for the first time while I was on a business trip. Most places I looked at wanted to leave him in a kennel with only 2 15 min breaks. Here he was able to play all day with other dogs his size and temperament. They texted me pictures and gave me updates the whole time. He even ran out of the food I gave them and they gave him chicken and rice 🫶. Whole process of dropping him off and picking him up was seamless. And the people that work there are super sweet and really care about your pet. Would def. Be boarding here again and actually now I may even drop Frankie off for daycare… read full review

Kenny was able to get us in on short notice due to a death in the family. We needed to fly out of town and there was no room at the previous kennels available. Kenny and his staff were welcoming and attentive to all of Lexi’s needs. She being a reactive dog, Kenny took the time to communicate with us in order to establish a plan for the best way for him and his staff to interact with Lexi. Lexi had a great stay and will definitely be back soon.

I left my beloved dog, Azula, here for over a week, and I have to say that it was a fantastic experience for the both of us. My dog is unfortunately reactive, but D Pet Hotel had no issue with accommodating her, giving her plenty of private time in the playroom. I also felt assured with the daily pictures and updates I received during her stay. It was refreshing to see a pet hotel be generous with their time and effort, as they don't upcharge for giving her one on one playtime and providing her medications. Should I need a boarding facility in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again!
