“Honestly have loved this place! I will be the first to admit I’m crazy when it comes to my animals and wouldn’t trust anyone with them but this place! You can tell the entire team cares so much I brought my dog and two cats in and one by one as they entered the grooming area you could hear all the staff aweing over them! I was really worried my pets would be stressed or act poorly. Abigail made sure to take her time and confirm what I wanted for each pet and even took the time to send me updates throughout the grooming process to ease my stress! “I left my beloved dog, Azula, here for over a week, and I have to say that it was a fantastic experience for the both of us. My dog is unfortunately reactive, but D Pet Hotel had no issue with accommodating her, giving her plenty of private time in the playroom. I also felt assured with the daily pictures and updates I received during her stay. It was refreshing to see a pet hotel be generous with their time and effort, as they don't upcharge for giving her one on one playtime and providing her medications. Should I need a boarding facility in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again!“
