“Mary is the best groomer I have ever brought my babies to and they will only go to her and noone else! You can call her at the last minute for a appointment and she always takes care of you! When we checked out the bill was over $100 for a shot, 1 shot not 2 or more. No blood work so anything else just a shot. But yet they send out emails to come in for this and that because they have "reduced prices..."“

“It is the best Grooming Salon that my furry Sky and I have ever known.Important to make known our Testimony:When my furry friend was born he was very hairy and bright gray in color with some golden areas in the glare of the sun and this made him very striking. When we visited "PetSmar" for the first time with him I think he was already 2 months old, there they cut his nails and they made him bleed, according to them because the black color of his nails did not allow him to see clearly and that it had only been an accident."NEVER AGAIN" MY LITTLE BABY QUIETLY LET HIS NAILS CUT ?In his second bath we took him to "Petco" there, my furry boy who was barely four months old, they took out, or rather "pulled out" the hair from his ears with all the skin and we received him crying and trembling and he wouldn't let anyone get close to him. I myself had to take him out of the cage where he was, they told us that he behaved very badly and that's why"They charged us more."My furry friend suffered a horrible OTITIS (and expensive due to the treatments) that we never forget at home because of everything we went through, much less him because he no longer allowed me to touch him much either by his paws or his ears.We decided to continue bathing him at home, but his hair grew non-stop and we didn't know how to prevent it from getting covered in stews when he went out to the bathroom. We didn't even take him to the park anymore to avoid how difficult it was for us to get rid of the annoying thorns until we had to take him again to another "PetSmar" but this one was new and had been opened at home, there I explained in detail the entire difficult process that my furry friend had gone through since he was little so that they would know his fears and help him, the person who treated me very He kindly told me that they had professionals, not to worry and everything would be fine.. Conclusion;Two hours later they called me by phone to pick him up. When I arrived at the new place, they gave me my BABY "wet and unbathed", shivering and wrapped in two towels" because the girl who was going to take care of him was pregnant and was vomiting and didn't want to smell wet dogs. WHICH IS UNDERSTOOD IN THE PREGNANCY, "but don't let it work like that" HELLO!We left very sad, wanting to go to the police instead of home and see how we resolved our situation.Praying on the way back I saw in the distance a sign that said "Grooming Salon" and it was a new place, just opened... I diverted my path and entered the small place.When I stood in front of the girl she immediately grabbed the towels with my little furry one inside and cried with us when I told her what happened, and she told me,Incredible, don't worry, go home, I'll take care of it and I'll call her to come get him.His father was also there, carrying him and speaking to him, he entered with hugs and sweet words. I saw him disappear through the door, trembling in the arms of the girl's father, all while she filled out the information for me and did the appropriate paperwork.When they called me and I arrived for my Little "Sky" he was different, he was happy, he ran all over that place playing with toys that weren't his, but he already believed them to be his and didn't even care to return home. ???What happened?- "LOVE, UNDERSTANDING, DEDICATION but above all PROFESSIONALISM"? ?That girl's name"IRASEMA"and this is his Hall.Since then my little furry one has someone to complete his Grooming time.And he has even spent vacations there with all of them on trips that we have had to take outside the country.I thank God for the love and patience he has given to Irasema, this young and brave woman who loves all animals equally and I ask him to prosper even more her life, her marriage, the life of her children and her business more every day so that I can continue helping our furry friends who have also gone through bad ex“

“This has been the best experience of daycare/boarding I've ever experienced! The staff is amazingly kind and fun, and you can see their genuine love of the pets that walk through the front door. The PetSuites staff is super transparent with what goes on in the back, and willing for customers to see and tour the facility. (Other places have never let me see the back.) It's super clean, full of happy pets, and my Rex now drags me inside, heart excited to see all his new friends. Rex has separation issues when we leave him anywhere. After a couple of visits, he was jumping out of my car and running me across the parking lot to get inside and play. I love this place. I feel no stress or worry leaving Rex, and when I pick him up he is clean, not smelly, and one big happy dog. And that makes me happy. Thank you PetSuites!“
