Our first dog boarding experience at Pet Paradise was a good one. It was the longest we have ever boarded our dogs while on vacation. We liked that we could watch them on the cameras, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, concerns, and calls while we were gone. Dogs were well taken care of and the after hours pick up made it that much better. I am more comfortable with Pet places that have 24 hour staff. Many dont anymore and you continue to hear horror stories about things that happen. (Example; Georgetown TX resort that burned down at night in 21') So being that this place has more of a 24-hour presence will be our forever boarding place. Competition around...read full review

My family has used Pet Paradise for close to a decade, from pups to senior dogs, they have been nothing short of great. Our middle pup went through their boarding and training services offered and were still very happy with the results a year later. Pet Paradise is very professional, communicative, and as much family to our pups as we are. The staff is friendly to our humans and extra loving to our pup family. We’ll use them and this location specifically as long as we have four legged family! Thank y’all for all that you do for the Jenkins trio! 🫶🏻

I travel frequently and have always been lucky enough to have my mom or a friend available to watch my dog, Finlay. For years, I had driven past Pet Paradise on my way to the airport and always been curious — but never had the chance to try it. A few weeks ago, that finally changed when I had a trip come up and no one was available to watch him. I decided to give Pet Paradise a try, and I am so glad I did!
