This was actually our first time leaving Donnie somewhere for a family trip, so I was definitely nervous. From the very beginning, Susan was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience so comfortable. She took her time with us, gave us a tour of the facility, and even introduced Donnie to one of the dogs who might be in her playgroup. She made everything feel so welcoming and gave me so much confidence that Donnie was going to be well cared for.

IF YOU ARE ON THE FENCE BOOK THEM! I was in need of a new facility to board my dog and was extremely nervous because I was going to be away for 30 days. The staff was amazing. They sent me plenty of pictures of my dog. He can be a bit reactive and nervous (not to mention he's a 100lb rottweiler) so I was nervous about leaving him. HE LOVED IT. My baby was taken care of and the staff was so sweet to me!!! I will be coming back for all of my dog needs from now on! The have gained a life long customer. <3
