Cypress Falls Pet Resort & Spa
“We have never boarded any of our dogs in the past, so I was very worried about leaving our six month old puppy for the first time. I toured multiple dog boarding facilities in the Cypress area and I was the most impressed by Cypress Falls pet resort. One thing that set them apart is they have the option in some of their indoor/outdoor kennels to have cement instead of the pea gravel (I was afraid my curious-eats everything-puppy would eat the rocks). No other place I toured had that as an option. It was the furthest one from where we live and the opposite direction from the way we needed to drive out of town on our trip, but it was so worth the extra effort to get him to and from there because the resort was excellent. The staff was very kind and attentive, and the one time I called after his first night, they were very informative about his care and how he was doing. He was very well cared for and happy as can be when he was picked up! He did not seem at all affected or traumatized from his first boarding experience. We look forward to his next visit with them that we already have scheduled for our next upcoming trip!”
