I was able to watch the webcam and was satisfied with the view. However, I did call to express my concern about the amount of water available in Camp 4, as the dogs appeared to need more frequent access to fresh water.
My dog was only there for a half-day stay, and when I picked her up, she seemed very thirsty. Once we got home, she immediately went to her water bowl and drank.
I would recommend that Camp 4 monitor and refill the water more frequently, ideally at least every 30 minutes. Since Camp 4 houses large dogs, it would also be helpful to have at least six bowls of fresh water available throughout the play area to help ensure the dogs remain properly hydrated,...read full review
Boomer was treated wonderfully. He is usually a little shy when he goes somewhere for the first time, but he went right in and the groomer said he did fantastic. He looks great. We would recommend grooming at Camp Bow Wow humble. Boomer will be back again. Thank you very much
My dog’s first evaluation was easy and the personnel were helpful and enthusiastic. I love the cameras available to see my pet. The staff were very thorough in explanation of packages and answered all my questions.
