We've had great experiences with Ernie's, and their pricing seems fair and consistent. I would recommend them! When we needed a check on the plumbing in our new house, they came right away and charged a reasonable price. When we thought our pipes might be frozen in the cold or we had a serious pipe issue, they came and looked at it. Thankfully, they didn't charge to further investigate when they were pretty sure the pipes were frozen, too, so that they wouldn't have to charge us hundreds of dollars. We really appreciate that!

All our Arlington relatives use Ernie's Plumbing Service and have always been pleased with fast, courteous, effective repair. Our water heater went out on Christmas Eve. We called Ernie's Plumbing Service the morning after Christmas. They arrived within 30 minutes and had everything replaced and up and running the same day. Our service representative, Sam, was excellent as have all the other's who have serviced our homes.

I appreciate the straightforward tech who came out. We were to submit this estimate to our warranty and then the Navien water heater "sounds" abruptly stopped. We had 5 companies out to diagnose/repair but this tech explained it best and was not aggressive. He said call when we get the approval. Then the sounds stopped. I called the tech and he explained that it could have cleared itself from whatever was blocking it. He felt we should wait to see if it even returns. How honest was that?!
