“So this morning, my doorbell rang... I went to see who it was.. it was REEDS..... an employee by the name of JIM had come to replace our dishwasher..and let me say.... SERVICE WAS 10/10. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything came out properly.. the wood area where the dishwasher had expanded, he was trying to sand down the piece of wood so the dishwasher door wouldn't hit it everytime I open it... he even went as far as to fix a small leak in our sink while hooking up the dishwasher. thank you for going above and beyond with your services!”

“A few months ago I was having an issue with two of the toilets in my home. Emmanuel came and visited the house and gave me a cost estimate as well as our options for this specific issue. Approximately five days later Emmanuel returned with Johnathon and the two of them made quick work of our issues. Emmanuel and Johnathon were both very kind and helpful. They made sure to keep us informed throughout the process and let us know about any changes/roadblocks they ran into during the repairs. I would highly recommend this pair for anyone with plumbing needs in the DFW area.”
