Had an emergency will my AC system. Appt was scheduled for today. Tech Christopher Jaure call to inform me he would be arriving within 20 minutes. When he arrived, we discussed the problem and he then to look at the problem. The drain was clogged and informed me of what the price because he was has to flush it out and install a valvethat would help in future. He did an excellent job. I had been without air for over 24 hours. He was professional and completed the work in a short amount of time. I have used this company for a long time. I would be pleased to have Christopher work on my HVCA anytime.

1. The kitchen drain was discussed and examined, but nothing conclusive could be discovered. This is a manufactured home with no garbage disposal so the likely culprit is small amounts of food going down the drain. It’s recommended that I flush the sink regularly with vinegar and continue efforts to keep food from the drain.
2 & 3. Both faucets replaced, drips should be fixed.
