Great place to work. Most employees who leave, end up coming back. Owners value honesty and want to always be fair. They have bent over backwards to help customers so they can provide essential needs to their residents. Not much Jim won't take on. If he doesn't know, he learns. He does a lot of work on controls so that it makes it easier and more cost effective for the customers. Hardest working team I have ever known.For reviews on vehicles, we have phone numbers on every company vehicle to call to report driving. Probably more effective to utilize those instead of doing "reviews" on them.

I have used Wait Mechanical for 4 years now. They responded to the Insurance Company when we were hit by a bad storm just over 4 years ago. They have worked on 2 gas lines, repaired a HVAC system that 2 other companies couldn't handle. Now I have had them do a system check on all of our buildings. VERY quick response and professional approach on the service call. I am very happy with them.
