I originally reached out because my HVAC unit was making an unusual noise. By the time Armando arrived, I had managed to quiet it down after some troubleshooting of my own—shutting the system off at both the thermostat and the breaker before noticing that applying slight pressure to one of the panels stopped the noise. Even though we couldn’t recreate the exact sound that prompted the service call, Armando never dismissed my concerns.

Instead, he took the time to perform a thorough inspection and noticed a slight abnormality that warranted further investigation. He checked the amperage, coils, refrigerant levels, and other system components, even cleaning the unit while he was there. Most importantly, he verified that the elevated readings he observed during his diagnostic testing were still operating within the manufacturer’s acceptable range before concluding the visit. That attention to detail gave me confidence that he wasn’t simply trying to finish the appointment—he genuinely wanted to ensure everything was functioning properly.

What stood out most was his professionalism, patience, and willingness to educate me throughout the entire process. I asked plenty of questions and even shared a few theories about what may have caused the noise, and he took the time to answer every one of them respectfully and thoroughly. The entire process was documented with photos that were sent to me afterward, which added an extra layer of transparency and confidence.
