Hightower is the best HVAC company in this area. My AC broke on Saturday when we had the record temperature. I called Hightower for emergency service and Tim called me back almost immediately. Orbin showed up on time, did a superb job in repairing my systems and I could not be a happier man after just one hour. Had issues with our system and wanted to get a quote for a new system. I called them for a proposal on a new system and they came out the next day. They spent time looking at the existing system and talking me through what they found. Explained everything very clearly and helped me to understand my options. No pressure, very laid back sales. Gave me 6 different options based on what we discussed. We picked the option that worked best for us and scheduled a time for install a week or so later.
