I have only had 8 TMS treatments so far, so I can't really give feedback in that regard. I can speak to the nature of the staff. Everyone that I have dealt with obviously has my best interests at heart. The staff is considerate, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. I have had the most interaction with Amber, the office manager. She has been such a Godsend, solving whatever problems have arisen anywhere on the spectrum from insurance to my personal comfort. Dr Sheila and Dr. Ken Patterson are also special, patient and compassionate, doing whatever they can to help get me back to wellness. Brianna, Laura and Brittany have also been helpful, considerate and kind. Overall, I am blessed to have found this group of caring healthcare professionals.
Patty Harper is a great dance studio. My daughter started dancing at a different studio in town more prominently known for ballet, and had a terrible experience. She had been dancing for 5 years in a larger city and loved it prior moving to Abilene, and the other studio made her consider quitting. We decided to try Patty Harper, and she started loving dance again. She received more personalized instruction that was superior to the previous studio’s. The staff really does care about the dancers. We would definitely recommend.

Ms. Ann, was very helpful to me since I didn't know the proper protocol for scheduling an appointment due to it being my first time in Abilene when I arrived at the shop as a walk-in last Tuesday afternoon. She then booked me for the Wednesday afternoon. I appreciate the help and the treatment that I received at her shop. The overall experience was 10 out of 10.

I was looking for a barbershop and just picked one. Went in for a beard trim, I had let it get long and unruly. AMAZING barber (I don't know if you're suppose to use names on here or not). I got a partial cutthroat, (trim, steam, hot towels and razor on cheeks and neck). She was extremely professional, took her time and talked to me step by step to make sure I liked the look. Very cool barber, even cooler person. Price was very reasonable especially for that level of service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a barber. I rarely go to barbers but I'll be back often now.
Chill environment, clean cuts and clean lines. I only got a buzzcut on top, but needed my beard trimmed and edged up. I wish I asked the lady her name, but she did a great job. Warm towels and gentle hands with the razor. All for 35.00 plus tip. Ill come back here for sure!
Took my son in here after struggling to find somewhere to squeeze him in today and I'm glad I did! Yolanda gave my son the best haircut he's ever had! She took her time, did exactly what I asked for, and was so patient with my 7 year old! The guy barber gave my son a comb for his birthday and was the ultimate hype man. They gained my business!

I have not been to a tanning salon in over 20 years – Sommer was very welcoming and kind!! She explained the entire process, each bed, the packages and the different lotions – she was very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision making as I explained the tan/look I am trying to achieve. I never had a chance to get my nails done here. I had made an appointment for 12 i was running about 10 mins behind. I honestly didnt think it would have been a huge deal. I arrived and apologized for being a little late. She asked what I was needing and it was just a simple ombre short acrylic set. She explained that she had a client coming in, in about 15 or so min. Which didnt make much sense given that even a short set would take about an hour and either way her next client would have to wait regardless. Ya I probably should have called and said I was running behind. So ya that was my fault. I had to find someone else at the last min. I had to call about 5 to 6 other places given it was friday no one seemed to have anything available and luckily I found someone who could. Was just a little disappointed. But now I know I should call explaining that I would be a smidge late. She was very nice and wasn't rude. The place looked cleaned and well taken care of. Hopefully i will have another chance to come back. Im usually pretty punctual. I didnt wanna give a low star review because I never actually got my nails done but gave a good star review given she was very sweet and nice. She could have been very rude but she wasn't. Given on that experience alone, I would love to come back and get my nails done

Alright so where do I start? Bre is amazing! She’s so friendly and kind. I haven’t had my lashes done many times but my natural lashes are complicated as I found out! It’s been trial and error trying to find the right method for my extensions to last longer and Bre has been such a champ through all of it! She is so understanding about my needs with the extensions and generous. I’d rate 6 stars if I could! Go see Bre!

Had a great experience here with Lynn for Friday the 13th flash sale. Went to get a matching tattoo with my fiancé. Got to select our own art instead of choosing off a flash sheet and got tattoos we’ve been wanting for a long time at an unbelievably low price! He even touched up an old Friday the 13th tattoo that a different artist at a different shop had botched. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great atmosphere and amazing work. We were blown away by the quality and value, and we were expecting to get what we paid for and instead got incredible work. Will definitely be returning for my bigger pieces and recommending to everyone I know!

My friend and I went yesterday for a Friday the 13th flash event. This was the best run event I've seen in a long time. They were understaffed but the community really showed up and wanted to be there so we waited a long time but it was really worth it. The owner was friendly and positive. The set ups were clean and organized. Everyone seemed very experienced and friendly. 10/10 will be coming here from now on. Chris Hudson and Bennet Henderson were fantastic!

Midway (Todd and Julian) were going to do a hot water heater drain and flush and check the T&P valve. The T&P valve was seized and the water heater was 16 years old so we opted to just replace the unit. Todd showed us all our options in detail and ordered the new unit. He and Julian had the old one removed and the new one installed in about three hours. They did a great job overall and minimized our down time. They explained the features of the new unit and code requirements. They were very respectful of our property and us. I definitely recommend Midway and Todd and Julian!

To say Victory Electrical went above and beyond to get us up and running again is understating the level of service this company provides. They went out of their way to try to save us the unnecessary expense of a service call by trying to troubleshoot over the phone. When I placed my initial call to report flickering lights accompanied by a crackling sound in the wall, Cynthia suggested I first call AEP to see if they were doing any work in our area. Connor with AEP was at our door in minutes. Not finding any problem at their end, I called Victory Electrical again. Casey called back right away. And, when guiding us over the phone didn’t work, he was here in a flash. By this time it was near the end of the work day and he didn’t have the parts he needed. He went back into town and returned with Kyle in tow even though we live 20 miles out of Abilene. He even called Connor with AEP and asked him to return in case he was needed.
We highly recommend Victory Electrical for any and all electrical needs. They are professional, courteous and affordable. That’s who we will be calling on in the future!
After buying a new dishwasher, the installer noticed my outlet was black and unsafe, so I didn’t plug anything in. Since my dishwasher was connected to the garbage disposal and another outlet above my sink, nothing was working. Long Electric came out on December 31st and the electrician and his apprentice were professional, helpful, and finished everything in about 20 minutes! I had another company quote me almost $400, and Long Electric charged nowhere near that. Such a relief to find honest, hardworking people who don’t overcharge. Highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work! ⚡?

Man, what can I say about Jay of Lone Star Electric. We had half the power in our house go out. Called AEP and they came out around 1:30am and said this was not on their side but it was not good and needed and electrician to fix. So I went to calling first thing. Called one company...they never called me back. Called Lone Star and they responded and Jay called. He came out quickly and explained everything and also gave me advice on what to do to save my appliances and stuff until AEP could get the power fully disconnected. After waiting all day for AEP to do their part, Jay arrived and got straight to work and fixed the issue in no time. All through the day I contacted him through text and not once did he ever respond in a bad way that I was bothering him. Even called me to explain a little more and reassured me everything was going to be fine. Repair was very affordable and you just can't pay for that kind if service that Jay gave us today. So highly recommend this company for any electrician needs.

Came today had a hard time getting old door nob off but finally did come off but we will see if it keeps letting the door open by itself I am old and expect that when you have an appointment time set and then you get sick and can not make the day and time and set it for the next day that you should have called for a backup person to do it but I am old school. Mark did a really great job!! I had hired another cleaning service and they left behind stains, but he was able to get them all out! On top of that, it took less than an hour and was able to get out deep stains and even some latex paint that had spilled and dried. I highly recommend him!

Robbie showed up early with Dede and Shanieka. They were friendly, professional, brought their own supplies, and even made sure not to use dangerous cleaning products in my son’s room. They started from the bottom and worked their way down making sure to hit windows, baseboards and everything in between. Phenomenal people. Only place I recommend my customers to go for tile selection. They always do a great job with helping design. Their materials are always great to work with (any tile guy can tell you how much of a pain certain brands can be to deal with) and every customer that's used them has always been happy with their experience. Highly recommend for anybody who works with tile or is just looking for a place to help them along their remodel decisions.

We have been using Menke’s Carpet warehouse for about 16 years. Throughout that time we have had tile, hardwood floors and carpet installed. Without exception all aspects of this establishment have proved to be outstanding. We recently replaced carpet that they had installed 15 years ago. Paula was so helpful with our selection and even helped us select the best color to complement our existing furnishings. Sergio was very meticulous and careful in the removal of the old carpet and the installation of the new. The installation of the carpet on the stairs was truly tedious and time consuming. Sergio is very talented at what he does. From the selection of quality products to the professional installation of their materials we have always found Menke’s to be a superior choice for all of our tile, wood flooring and carpet needs. We recommend them without hesitation.

Gene and family built our house this past summer. I remember Gene starting his business out of a family owned store on Treadway. He has since grown his business into one of the biggest home builders in Abilene. The building process was an up and down experience, especially doing while we lived out of state. I could always count on Gene to take care of the process. We have no intentions on moving, but Gene would be my first call if we ever did. I would highly recommend.
Had BOTH of our bathrooms redone—one had shower added to existing tub, new vanity, etc and the master bath was completely gutted with new shower, vanity, cabinet and wall built with pocket door. From the start Amber helped with our design and choice of materials and color schemes. Chris and Miguel were efficient and very tidy. Problems with irrigation caused us to have to turn off our main water line. They were able to come out that morning, diagnose the problem, and get to where we could to our main waterline back on. Very polite and a huge help!
We worked with Michael on a very large project; front yard and backyard landscaping with pool for a new build that was surrounded by red muddy clay and he truly exceeded our expectations. One of his biggest strengths is taking jumbled ideas and turning them into reality. I tend to throw a lot of thoughts and ideas around and he was able to take all of it and bring it to life in a way that felt exactly right.
He is extremely dependable and genuinely a good person. He always went above and beyond for us, even with the smallest requests. There were several times I asked for something outside of typical landscaping work (like needing help with something on the roof), and he didn’t hesitate to stop by and take care of it. You don’t find that level of willingness or integrity often. He’s very responsive over text and he always followed through on requests. Whenever something needed adjusting, he handled it quickly.
In this fast growing area where it’s hard to find reliable landscapers, he’s someone I’d trust again and again.

I had a fantastic experience with Best Tree Service in Abilene, TX. Clint and his crew showed true professionalism from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the plan clearly, and completed the tree trimming and removal work with skill and care. Dr Johnson works wonders! I injured my back and was limited in my movement. The pain was also keeping me from doing the things I was used to doing. Dr Johnson asked a lot of questions, listened carefully, and literally put his finger right on the spot causing me problems. He didn't just immediately adjust my back. Instead, he proposed a plan to work on the soft tissues he believed were causing my problems. Now, just a few treatments in, the results are great! My pain is gone and the mobility is coming back. I highly recommend Dr Johnson!

We have been clients of Windmill for several years now, and we have never had a bad experience. The staff and Dr. Price go above and beyond everytime to make sure you and your furbaby are comfortable and receive the best care at all times! Everyone is always personal and takes the time to remember your pet, and they always do followups to make sure everything is ok afterwards.
After my vet of over 20 years retired and that clinic went downhill in terms of quality and passionate care of my pets, I took my cats to Dr. Walker with Dearing Vet after a recommendation from a long-time family friend. Two spays handled professionally, compassionately, and with the smallest, cleanest incision I have seen in a long time on both cats. One kitten taken in for health issues, handled beautifully and with the utmost care for both my cat and myself. Dr. Walker was happy to answer any questions and listen to all of my concerns. She is now a happy, healthy, playful kitten. One cat taken in emergently for life-threatening symptoms, now perfectly healthy after the care Dr. Walker provided, once again with compassion and the utmost care.
The clinic staff are all very friendly and always make sure we get in when needed. The rest of my animals will definitely be going to this clinic for the rest of their lives. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
I had an amazing experience. I got a checkup for my cats, biscuit and gravy. He was very gentle with them and explained everything in a way I could understand. He also cleaned their skin before he gave them their annual shots. Never seen a vet do that before and I really appreciated it. Really goes to show the care he has for my cats. My cats also loved him even after all the poking and moving around they were still calm and happy to be there. Best experience we have ever had at a vet.

Our experience was a sad one but the doctor and staff made it bearable. They were very attentive to all of our needs and kept our beloved Major comfortable. They made sure when we were ready to say our goodbyes that we had out privacy. Major was given the upmost respect.
At first I took my fur baby Lucky in to Judge Ely cause another vet service refused to allow me in with my baby “due to the bs covid” since then the staff at Judge Ely has made my baby a lot better took a little bit of time cause fur babies can’t tell us what is wrong ( unfortunately ) but due to their caring and devotion to keep trying to figure out what is going on and not giving up Lucky is doing a whole lot better. I thought Lucky was dying but the staff at Judge Ely didn’t give up. I will always go to them and highly recommend them.They may be busy as all get out and don’t have time at that moment but if your willing to leave the fur baby they will see them when they get a free moment and will call you with a update. They are great.
My horses will only be going to Paul, until the fateful day he decides to retire (hopefully, never). Paul has been there for many of my horses, through minor scrapes and bumps, until the end of the road. He's knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and he'll explain all the options, so you know what to expect. He isn't one of those vets that will treat you differently if you have money - Paul treats everyone the same. I'm so grateful we have the best vet!
I took a kitten to get checked out here because it was missing some hair and needed some medicine.
I had a couple of the medicated items already but Dr. Parker was able to give me some ointment for his eyes that has to be applied BEFORE bathing that he needed and now he is on the road back to health. I gave him a bath and he is already feeling so much better.

Very friendly and great prices! Quality of the cut was great, but my yorkie’s cut is super simple so I can’t speak on any more intricate cuts. We just get our boy cut really short so he doesn’t pee on his legs (he still does). Would definitely recommend.

This Hotworx location can’t be beat!!! This place helped me get my confidence back after a very hard time in life. It was by far the best investment for the last 7 months and would do it all over again if I could! Super lowkey spot, with one of the best features being a trail around the pond back behind the building; my favorite method of a cool down walk while enjoying beautiful scenery. I’m so sad to be leaving, but if the opportunity ever presents itself I will definitely be coming back. I had an incredible deep tissue massage experience. The therapist was extremely attentive to the right pressure points and worked through the muscle tension and nerve impingements with extreme care and just the right amount of intensity. I felt a huge relief afterward. She also provided guidance for regimented stretches at home to help sustain recovery and relief.
I started going to Jamie to help some work related issues (I’m a barber) in addition to physical therapy at the request of my physical therapist. I had thoracic outlet syndrome, painful, debilitating, and affected my ability to work. I’ve never been a fan of massages, until Jamie! She was absolutely essential in my rehabilitation and healing, and continues to help keep me healthy through biweekly therapeutic massage. She’s able to cup, deep tissue, etc. I call her the magician, because what she’s done for me has been magic. Couldn’t recommend more!
