Man, what can I say about Jay of Lone Star Electric. We had half the power in our house go out. Called AEP and they came out around 1:30am and said this was not on their side but it was not good and needed and electrician to fix. So I went to calling first thing. Called one company...they never called me back. Called Lone Star and they responded and Jay called. He came out quickly and explained everything and also gave me advice on what to do to save my appliances and stuff until AEP could get the power fully disconnected. I called with an issue regarding our bathroom fan/heater unit replacement. We had tried to replace it ourselves but ran into issues with the old wiring. They worked us in and came very quickly. They were professional, respectful and wonderful to work with. James and Jordan went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.

Matt and his team are awesome. We have used them many times for electric needs, nighttime decor and Christmas lights! They are the best!! Great people, great work, always satisfied!!
