They were not able to show up at the agreed upon time, BUT proactively communicated when they would arrive so my husband and I weren't in the dark. They cleaned two carpeted rooms in two hours and I could smell the freshness of their non-toxic products as they were cleaning. They made sure we were satisfied with the job before requesting payment and leaving, including reassuring us that our hardwood flooring was not impacted by their heavy-duty equipment. The carpets were dry within a few hours. The Wayne's Dry-Chem crew is exceptionally kind and I will use them again for our future carpet cleaning needs. Highly recommend this family-owned business!
The Labrador puppies that are out of Red Oak Labradors are intelligent, have good hunting instinct, beautiful, and excellent citizens at home. Could not have put together a better puppy. Exactly what I was looking for. A hunting companion during the early morning and a couch potato at night by the heater.
