Abilene iPhone Repair
“Gosh, I don’t know what to say about this place. I’m just without words. I had a MacBook Air That wasn’t accepting a charge. Josh at Abilene iPhone repair kept my phone for close to a week doing different diagnostics on it - he put a new battery in it and it worked fine. He charge me zero dollars. So I took home thinking it was my charger cord. I got home and it still wouldn’t accept the charge so I took it back to him, and he kept it another couple of days, and we learned that my laptop was not reparable. Again NO CHARGE.
The geek squad wanted $180 to diagnose it so did another one up on Danville at around 10th St. can’t remember the name of it but yeah $152 just even look at it.
Then unbelievably, I broke The connector off in the port of my iPhone, and I was excited to have some actual business for Josh since he did the rest for free. He took it in there, popped it off, and it was five seconds. I was out the door. How much did he charge, NOTHING. The least I can do is send him a five star Google review and keep bumping it up every couple of months so it’s at the top of the list for reviews.
I only found out about this place because battery Joe is closed. So I went to take the laptop in for them to check the battery and found they were closed and his place is right around the corner so it was just a fluke that even though it’s called Abilene iPhone repair, he works on MacBooks as well. So don’t pass up this guy for Some other company that has “laptop repair”in the name because nobody has customer service like this dude. . I hope he gets so much business that he has to open a new store.!”
