“I highly recommend going to Revive for ANYTHING you think you might need. I met Brian through work about a year and a half ago and he quickly introduced me to his wife Kate. At the time, I was experiencing unexplained anxiety and for the first time in my life. Talk therapy was never productive for me. Since junior high I’ve dealt with tension headaches almost daily, back pain, hip pain, neck pain, and numbness. Between body work sessions with Brian and guided VAT sessions with Kate I have grown physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I’ll admit, VAT therapy seemed silly to me at first. But I took their advice kept doing it and after a few sessions I noticed in my time outside of Revive that things that would normally completely overwhelm me, felt lighter. I appreciate that they allow you to experience treatment and form your own opinion about it before convincing you of how it will help you. They have taught me and helped train my body to regulate its nervous system which was something I didn’t realize could change my life so much.

I recently have started seeing Bree as well for massage therapy. For being in my early 20s, I have seen a lot of massage therapists but Bree takes massage therapy to an intuitive level looking at your muscles, bones, and nervous system as an entire system. She is incredible and so kind. From the beginning, everyone at Revive has always been so intentional about making sure I feel comfortable and in the know about everything regarding my treatment. I 10000% recommend going in, telling them anything you’d like to work on, and seeing what they can do for you.“

“I never had a chance to get my nails done here. I had made an appointment for 12 i was running about 10 mins behind. I honestly didnt think it would have been a huge deal. I arrived and apologized for being a little late. She asked what I was needing and it was just a simple ombre short acrylic set. She explained that she had a client coming in, in about 15 or so min. Which didnt make much sense given that even a short set would take about an hour and either way her next client would have to wait regardless. Ya I probably should have called and said I was running behind. So ya that was my fault. I had to find someone else at the last min. I had to call about 5 to 6 other places given it was friday no one seemed to have anything available and luckily I found someone who could. Was just a little disappointed. But now I know I should call explaining that I would be a smidge late. She was very nice and wasn't rude. The place looked cleaned and well taken care of. Hopefully i will have another chance to come back. Im usually pretty punctual. I didnt wanna give a low star review because I never actually got my nails done but gave a good star review given she was very sweet and nice. She could have been very rude but she wasn't. Given on that experience alone, I would love to come back and get my nails done“
