“I was helping my parents with a septic issue (toilet flushing VERY slow, if at all) and we realized the tank was full. My parents called a company (NOT Key City) and the people said they’d be out first thing in morning. By lunch I got I got involved. I spoke to Jo Ann at Key City and she was perfect. It just so happened that they had a cancellation and their crew was there in LITERALLY an hour. Went right to it and emptied the tank…*HERE IS WHY I’M LEAVING A REVIEW*… The toilet still wasn’t flushing. Wasn’t their fault so I said my dad and I would work on finding the problem. I thanked them and figured they’d leave because they did the job they were asked to do. NOPE… those guys got out some other tools and said “We’re here, let us help to see if we can find the problem”. I was amazed. My parents are getting older and my mother is a 2 time BC survivor. They knew that and treated MY parents like they were THEIR parents.When it was all finished these guys had that line like it was brand new and NEVER once acted like it was a bother. I hope this review helps others to choose Key City because they were amazing. They will treat YOUR family like it’s THEIRS. Thanks so much guys.“

“My mailbox fell over. I called Honey Do Service. I spoke with Shelly, she was very polite and helpful. They came out right away and gave me an estimate to set the mailbox in concrete. They were able to temporarily stand the mailbox up so I could receive my mail until they were able to permanently set it in concrete. Chris called to inform me that they were coming out to do the work sooner than the scheduled appointment. Chris went out of his way to meet me at my office twice, to get paperwork signed, as it was an inconvenience for me to meet him at my house. Kevin did a great job setting the mailbox. It is standing strong now and their work is under warranty!I couldn't be happier with the job they did, everyone was so nice and helpful! I will recommend Honey Do Service to anyone that I feel could use their services and I will be using them again! Thank you for the awesome service, Honey Do!!“
