So welcoming on the inside like a nice resort lobby Not what I envisioned when driving past on my way to the gym everyday. I knew my time was short so decided to pop in and grab a couple post workout shakes. One for me and one to surprise my galpal at work to enjoy on lunch break. I pulled an old menu from Yelp but the lady who answered was very nice about letting me know and clarifying what I'd like. Updated menu below. The price has gone up slightly to $6.50 for a small. Friendly and helpful staff, festive and well decorated environment with clean rooms and beds. I went here lots of times during college and I loved my results. The smoothies are good too. Would recommend.

Went there for the first time today and was not let down! Great service, great products, and very clean environment! The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful! Definitely will be back!
