Ms. Ann, was very helpful to me since I didn't know the proper protocol for scheduling an appointment due to it being my first time in Abilene when I arrived at the shop as a walk-in last Tuesday afternoon. She then booked me for the Wednesday afternoon. I appreciate the help and the treatment that I received at her shop. The overall experience was 10 out of 10.

I just had my first haircut with Ann, and I’m honestly blown away! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She’s incredibly skilled and really knows her stuff, and was even able to make my goofy hair look great.
Not only is Ann super talented, but she’s also friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and cares about her clients.

I wasn't quite sure what I wanted when I came in. All I knew, it was a little bit of an idea of what I was looking for. Not only did an help me figure out what it was that would look the best but she did an amazing job. Looking forward to my next hair appointment here. Ann knows exactly what she's doing!
