Riley was very professional, friendly and thorough. She explained every step of the process to me and made me feel very comfortable. At the end of my Facial, Riley provided me with care instructions for the next 24-hours and the following 2-weeks. She also gave me a list of possible products for me to try, but explained these were not required purchases. The front desk staff were also very helpful, friendly and professional. There was another therapist who specializes in stretching therapy who introduced herself to me and advised me of her specialty, inviting me to take advantage of this opportunity if I saw a need in the future.
