She listened to my concerns, she asked all the right questions, and is just as sweet as she can be.

Her years of experience is truly an asset to the business. I wish she could teach a class on how to properly engage with a customer purchasing new glasses. This is the experience I was looking for 5 years ago. I desperately needed this kind of help and service many years ago. It may not have changed my actual eyesight, but it would have changed my ability to see and my confidence in wearing glasses.
