The staff is also impressive, going above and beyond to ensure patients receive the right prescription and exceptional care. Patients praise the cheerful and patient manner of the doctor, as well as the friendly and thorough approach of the staff. The practice does not perform the puff test or touch the patients' eyes, making the appointments seamless and easy. The doctor does a great job explaining each step of the process, providing a comforting and kind experience. The new manager, Tristan, and the entire office staff are praised for their outstanding assistance, helping patients through the process of getting new glasses. My wife and I recently had our annual eye appointments for new glasses. We brought our infant daughter with us. The staff and Doctor were so helpful, patient and personable and really made us feel like they wanted the best outcome for us. This was the best experience I’ve had so far with any eye doctor.
Jessica was so accommodating and patient as she helped us through our glasses purchases. Triston gave us great advice on our frames selections and was super helpful with payment options. Thank you both so much!
If I could give this MyEyeDr. location more stars, I would. This was my first time visiting this office, and it was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The young lady who did the preliminary imaging before Dr. Rudowski was amazing, patient, and personable. You won't meet a finer person to help with your eye imagery. Dr. Rudowski is a jewel; she's well-aware of what she's doing and has a very pleasing personality. She gives you intricate details about the health of your eyes and helps you understand your eye photos. Jessica, the eye wear consultant, was very helpful when I was trying to pick out my frames; she was very friendly and personable as well.
