I have worn glasses for over 20 years and I have never had an eye experience like this one. No other eyeglasses representative ever explained about the size/width of the glasses I needed or about the importance of the bridge and even the style of glasses that fit my face shape. Paula, who works at the Smyrna, TN America’s Best, went above and beyond her job duties and I recommend her highly to assist you if you need to purchase a pair of glasses. These guys are the best, here's why. one of the legs on my ray bans broke off and went missing, came in looking to see if they had a replacement or a way to order a replacement leg.Didn't have spare legs for me nor a way to get them ordered, but even better.The store manager was the one who took care of me. this man literally went in the back, grabbed 2 boxes of brand new returned glasses (some raybans), and said pick one. none of the legs fit so he got the pair of rayabans I liked most, took the legs off, FILED DOWN THE FREAKIN HINGES (the old school way), and made them fit onto my frames.on top of all that he didn't charge me for anything (the legs alone cost $75 directly...read full review

This was my first experience to have an eye exam, make my selection for frames and then decide what was my best option for the lenses. Carl and his team were GREAT to work with. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you for making my first experience easy and enjoyable.
